Please be informed that we signed a business alliance agreement (Memorandum of Agreement) 
with SAINTSUNG GROUP as of 5^th December 2019 to establish a Joint Investment Corporation
in Shanghai for the first time in P.R. China to produce and distribute consumer products
utilizing our proprietary self-chilling technologies.

We hope that this agreement will be the basis for full-scale globalization of the business on
"self-chilling technologies for consumer goods,” and we will continue to work hard to
accelerate the actual business of it without a hitch.
